Instead of One New Year's Resolution You Won't Keep, How About Five You Will?

How many New Year's resolutions have you ever kept? You're not alone. The problem is we make them too unrealistic…workout five days a week, no eating after 9PM, stop watching reality TV. Well, this year it’s going to be different. I invite you to join me in not only keeping one New Year's resolution, but keeping five!
I just posted an article entitled Five Native American "Super Foods" for Better Health and Delicious Dining. In it I review five delicious and nutritious foods indigenous to the Americas. My resolution(s), and I hope yours as well, is too improve my diet by eating more of these five "super foods" in 2008. I've also included five new recipe links, like the wild salmon cakes pictured here, to get you started enjoying these great, and nutrient-rich foods. Happy New Year!
