Friend of the site, Robin Sue at Big Red Kitchen, submitted this great jalapeno popper dip recipe. It has all the delicious, spicy flavor of real jalapeno poppers without all that messy frying and clean up!
This dip uses easy-to-find canned jalapenos, but for an even spicier version, go ahead and slice up some fresh peppers, and this recipe will really be "popping." Something tells me this jalapeno popper dip would pair nicely with ice-cold beer at your next football party. I'm just guessing, but will be testing that theory soon.
