This is the World's Best Carrot Cake Recipe, and I Can Prove it!

Well, I actually can't prove it, but no one can prove it isn't, which is really the same thing. That's what's so great about recipe naming hyperbole - no matter which over-the-top adjective you decide to use, you are beyond reproach.

Having said that, this truly is the "best" carrot cake. This recipe is moist, dense, chunky, and delicious. And by the way, carrot cake topped with cream cheese frosting is the greatest combination ever. Can I prove it? Yes and no.
