 Photo Name You can certainly make this in one casserole dish, and serve it family-style, but there's something special about sitting down to an individual chicken pot pie. With your very own ramekin, you can have that perfect balance between the thick, chunky filling, and the crisp, buttery crust.

I'll take a guess, and say the last chicken pot pie you had, came with instructions for the microwave. That's okay, I'm right there with you, but after making a batch of these home baked beauties, I can't imagine eating them any other way. I hope you give this classic American recipe a try. Enjoy!
