Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- 4 cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed in cold water, and drained
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Preparation:
- In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, sugar, and cider vinegar.
- Add the macaroni, celery, red onion, pickle relish, parsley, salt, black pepper and stir to combine. Serve well chilled.
