Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, and chopped fine
- 1/2 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, water squeezed out
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Mix all ingredients together in a small baking dish. Cover with lid, or foil, and bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot as a dip with vegetables, crackers, or breads.
