No brunch is complete with out this famous champagne cocktail. Fresh orange juice and ice-cold champagne combine to form the perfect celebratory concoction.

Makes 8 Mimosas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups fresh orange juice
  • cold champagne or sparkling wine

PREPARATION:

Pour 2 ounces of orange juice into each champagne flute. Slowly fill each glass with the cold champagne. Drink immediately.
