Lemon Icing Recipe

This lemon icing is pretty in pink for Easter bread.

This simple lemon icing recipe can be used for many baked goods, such as cookies, cakes, sweet breads, and pastries.

Makes About 1/2 Cup Lemon Icing

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 small drop food coloring, optional

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in a small bowl and stir until smooth.
