This no-bake oatmeal chocolate fudge cookie recipe is perfect for those warm days when you want cookies, but don't want to turn on the oven. It also great when you just want some fast and delicious cookies!

Makes about 20 No-Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cup quick oats

Preparation:

Melt butter in a saucepan over med-high heat. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and milk; cook until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for one minute, and remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and oats. Drop by the spoonful onto a sheet of waxed paper, parchment paper, or aluminum foil. Allow to cool until firm before serving. May be kept refrigerated.

These are very quick and easy to prepare. I have made these cookies.@ Christmas time for the last 30 + year; can be made any time of the year The kids love them and so do adults. I don't know of anyone who does't like chocolate,so eat up. These cookies are very fudgey. STIR, EAT,AND ENJOY.
