Makes 4 Lime and Chipotle Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp chipotle chili powder (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix well. Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes.Remove the chicken from the bowl and reserve the marinade. Pre-heat a non-stick sauté pan on med-high heat. Add the oil and sauté the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, until almost cooked through. Add the marinade and cook for 2-3 minutes to reduce the sauce. Serve the chicken breasts with the reduced marinade poured over the top.
