Makes 1 Cup Garlic Red Pepper Oil

Ingredients:
- 1 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp ground paprika
Preparation:
Combine the garlic and oil in a saucepan. Place over the low heat until the garlic starts to gently bubble. Turn off heat, and whisk in the paprika (it's important to use fresh, high-quality paprika).Let sit for 1 hour, and then strain through a paper coffee filter (or several folds of cheesecloth). Use as needed. Best to store in the refrigerator. Let come to room temperature before using.
