This balsamic Buffalo chicken wing glaze is a great change of pace from the usual spicy sauces. It's quick to prepare and makes enough sauce to glaze about 40 Buffalo chicken wings.

Yields about 1 Cup of Balsamic Buffalo Chicken Wing Glaze

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients, except the butter, into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over med-high heat, and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the glaze reduces by about half. Turn off the heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Whisk in the butter, and keep in a warm spot until ready to toss with the oven-fried Buffalo chicken wings.
