Horseradish Sauce

You're not going to serve this beautiful roast beef without horseradish sauce are you?

This horseradish sauce recipe is a simple to make, and very tasty version of the classic cold sauce for roast beef.

One tip when making horseradish sauce recipes is to taste the prepared horseradish alone before starting the procedure, as different brands can vary greatly in spiciness.

Prep Time: 05 minutes

Cook Time: 00 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup prepared horseradish (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • pinch of cayenne
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

In a small bowl, whisk the ingredients mayonnaise and sour cream until combined. Add the rest of the ingredients to taste, and stir to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
