Steakhouse Horseradish Sauce Recipe

This steakhouse horseradish sauce recipe is traditional on roast beef, but it's also great with all kinds of grilled steaks and meats.

Horseradish and beef are great together, and this steakhouse horseradish sauce recipe could not be easier. Be sure to use a fresh jar of horseradish so that this classic cold sauce will have that signature kick.

Makes 1 Cup of Steakhouse Horseradish Sauce

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 0 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp prepared hot horseradish, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend the flavors. Serve chilled.
