Ingredients:
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt (Greek-style if available)
- 1 tbsp hot sauce, or to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed and chopped fine
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
