Makes 6 Servings Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, rinsed, cored, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower with the butter to coat completely, and season generously with salt and fresh ground black pepper. Distribute evenly on a baking sheet, and roast for 35-45 minutes, until the stems are tender, and the edges are browned.
